its a brand new psp3000 i got a a gift i connected it to the computer and tried to add some downloaded files it then it went off i tried to turn it on but only the green light showed and the screen is blank. i then have to hold the power button for awhile before it turns off.where can i get my psp fixed
You would be better off to just return it if you can get the receipt. You can try to remove the battery and put it back as I have to do this when my PSP freezes.
