MGS Portable OPS isnt available on the PS store yet, MGS the PS1 game is though. Look at the right section. Remember the ''o'' is after M in which MGS is located. Look in that section. Its a little weird.No MGS on Playstation store?
are you using media go?
If you are (or you simply can't find it for whatever reason) , a remedy i found is just refreshing the ''PS1 classics'' page until you see MGS1 advertisement on the side (and then click it).
Its only out in the US store.
