I don't like racing games, but this is totally a matter of opinion. I don't enjoy racing simulators, so I'll go with Motorstorm. It looks pretty awesome and I might actually get it.

Personally i'm only getting the Gran Turismo.Motorstorm is'nt my cup of tea.However, i do believe both will be top notch quality games. so i personally expect some great things from both.

Trying and succeeding. I'd say it sure is extremely graphically impressive on a handheld, even better than the PS2. Obviously it's no match for the PS3, but it's a handheld. You can take it anywhere!

I'm not a big racing fan but I find MS more fun than GT.

Gran Turismo will be the technically superior game, I think, with much more content.
But Motorstorm will be more fun to play. At the end, I prefer arcade racing over simulation since like I said, they're more fun as a game.
Explosion Damage > No DamageGT has always felt more like a console game for me, I know GT will have a better quality to it, but I honestly would rather have some gritty arcade racer with an awesome soundtrack and online over a top-notch racer with great graphics. I picked both though
If I was going to get either one, it would probably be Motorstorm: AE. But I probably won't be able to get either anytime soon, because I'm saving money to get the Dissidia bundle.
Gran Turismo....no question
Both games have the potential to be either fantastic or horrendous. Wait for it to come out and read the player and critic reviews, then make your final decision.
Since I've really enjoyed both PS3 motorstorms I have to go with Motorstorm:AE. No doubt that Gran turismo will be as good or better, but sim racers just arn't my cup of tea.
UPDATE:IGN has given Gran Turismo a review score of 6.8.I personally cannot see Motorstorm getting a lower score than that. I know it's only one review, but I'm pretty sure other reviews of GT will be in that 6.0 - 7.0 range. I predicted that Motorstorm would be the better game when I started this thread. Now I am just following up on my prediction.
Yup and Motorstorm got a 9.0 on another page seems like Arctic will win this race :)
