When Sony officially announced the PSPGo at E3 they said that they were looking into a UMD turn in program that would stick them onto your HDD with the PSP Go. Well here we are two weeks from launch and Sony hasn't said a word about it since. If nothing is mentioned at TGS next week, I think Sony should directly come out and say that there will be no transfer program at all. I think they will definitely mention it even if it they do it after TGS. If they don't , the Go will be a failure...
If they don't have one in the works, they won't bluntly state it before the release, because they want to maximize their profits. If they do have one (which I think they will), it'll take a few months to implement.
Regardless of money, there should definatley be some sort of formal announcement by Sony before the Go is released in two weeks.
